Lender/Broker Appraisals Lender assignments can include single family dwellings, investment properties, PUDS, condos and new construction. • Contact is made with the borrower/homeowner within 24 hours from receipt of the order. Once inspection takes place, the appraisal is generally completed within 48 hours. Clients are notified promptly if there is any delay. • Verbals are given as soon as the appraisal is completed, and soft copy is faxed, if desired. • Any problems that the appraiser feels may impact the lending process are discussed with the client as soon as possible. • |
